As a commercial estimator, I analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to create material lists and quotes for commercial flooring projects. I earned a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Kent State University in 2022 and I am a LEED Green Associate.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking and watching Pittsburgh Steelers football
After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Management, I began my career in real estate sales where I gained knowledge of residential and commercial properties and the great value of property improvement and new construction. I am excited to be on the team at Interior Solutions and enjoy digging into the world of flooring and cabinets! I grew up watching my parents grow this business over the past 22 years into what it is today and I have great pride in continuing the family tradition and serving the state of Kentucky! I look forward to developing new relationships and maintaining those that we have worked with in the past.
In my free time, I love to golf, work out, socialize with family and friends and of course, cheer on the Cats!
Interior Designer, Carol Pippen Interior Design
When I was younger, I was constantly rearranging my room and my parent’s house to switch up the look. That’s when I realized that I had a true love for interior design. I also enjoy working with others and getting to know their personal style.
My studies at the University of Kentucky, as well as working for this wonderful company, have helped further my passion for interior design. I am so grateful to be working with such amazing individuals who truly care about their clients.
When I am not at school or the office, I love to paint, travel, and spend time with my family and friends!

With 20 years of experience in multiple layers of the design industry, Annie specializes in historic restorations, color concepts, lighting design, and custom bespoke creations.
Her hobbies include traveling, psychology, historical artifacts, ancient cultures and world religions, and most importantly college football!
Cabinet Designer
After graduating from the University of Kentucky, I began a career in kitchen and bath design. I love helping people and making beautiful spaces! I have over 12 years of experience working with both residential and commercial cabinet lines and have worked with multiple manufacturers enabling me to personalize each client’s needs.
When I am out of the office, I enjoy spending time outside with my husband, son, and wonderful dog!

Since opening my interior design business in 1996, I have focused on developing close working relationships with my clients. No matter how intricate or simple the design, our team takes pride in devoting the time necessary to bring the projects to their desired completion. I have experience working on various project types such as residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality designs. I so enjoy seeing the beautiful outcome of a project well done!
In my spare time, I enjoy horse racing, traveling, and keeping in touch with my 4 children and 3 amazing grandchildren!

Chris “Turtle” Yarnall has been with the company for 9 years. He enjoys getting out on job sites and seeing the various projects that we are working on!
Commercial Flooring Estimator
Steve graduated from BCTC with an associate’s degree in Architectural Technology. He had 10 years of experience in project management, mainly in residential construction prior to joining Interior Solutions. 6 of those years in high-end home building.
In his free time, Steve enjoys spending weekends at the lake with his family and dogs!

After graduating from UK, I began my career in the design and building industry. My background includes 10 years of project management for a commercial design and furnishings firm, followed by several years of remodeling and flipping houses. Once our 3 children were school age, I joined Chris full time at Interior Solutions as partner and office manager. We have worked on countless projects together and I am passionate about seeing a project come to life with good design and materials!
My favorite hobbies are spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being on the lake!
Owner/President
I have been in the construction business for over 40 years. My experience includes building material sales, home building, home restoration and remodeling, and for the last 20 years owning and operating Interior Solutions. I am a certified healthcare contractor and our company has installed floors in every imaginable environment from residential remodels and new construction to hospitals, restaurants, apartment complexes, sports facilities, schools and more.
I am a UK alum and am passionate about all Kentucky sports and spending time with family and friends!
Account Manager
I have been in the flooring sales business for over 40 years and have worked with so many wonderful clients. My experience includes builder, retail, new construction, residential, small and large commercial projects and more. I love meeting and working with my clients and have made many friendships over the years which I treasure. I am also the proud owner of Max, our precious work dog, who will greet you at the door if you visit our showroom with a sweet woof, wiggle, or lick.
I love spending time with my husband, Eddie, and our 3 grandchildren (4th is on the way!), and of course our 3 wonderful daughters and their spouses.
Showroom Manager/Builder Sales and Scheduling
I’ve been working in the flooring and tile business for over 30 years. My experience includes sales, warehousing, and estimating every type of floorcovering. I have been with Interior Solutions for 12 years and have enjoyed developing relationships with our clients and helping them with their vision for their projects.
I love going to classic car shows, and also enjoy photography and spending time outdoors with my family.
Warehouse Manager
I have been in the flooring business for going on 40 years. I was an installer for many years then when I came to Interior Solutions I switched over to field measuring, estimating, and service. Now I oversee all of the materials coming in and out of the warehouse as well as prepare the installers daily with their work. I am the most senior employee on the staff having been here since before Chris and Beth bought the business in 2002. It’s been great watching the business grow and change over the years.
My hobbies are four wheeling, gardening, and chasing after my 6 grandchildren (mean little things). Oh and I like my wife too!
Interior Sales
Prior to starting this job 4 years ago, my experience with flooring was simply walking on it! Seriously, my husband and I have remodeled 2 homes and installed everything ourselves. That has helped me understand all of the different types of flooring and how they are to be properly installed. I have a passion for learning and a love for design so this was a great fit! I enjoy working with clients in the showroom and helping them with their selections. My favorite being tile, the jewelry of the house!
I LOVE seeing live music, playing with my dog, working on house projects with my husband, gardening, and of course drinking pina coladas and getting caught in the rain!
Field Representative/Order Entry
I started selling flooring in 1990 and have been in the flooring and design business ever since. My role at Interior Solutions is field representative meaning that I field measure jobs, figure yardage and square footages for our sales team. When I am not out of the office on measures, I am placing orders and tracking materials. My favorite part of my job is being out on job sites and meeting new clients!
I enjoy decorating, reading, playing with my dog, and having dinner with friends!
Project Installation Manager
I spent 20 years as an installer of all types of flooring and the past 8 years as a project manager/installation manager. I visit every commercial job site overseeing installations and insuring that the quality, timeliness, and workmanship is up to the highest standard.
I love spending time with my family (wife and 2 kids), listening to music and I like to watch sports, mostly NASCAR.
Commercial Estimator/Project Manager
I have been in the flooring industry for over 25 years, 15 of which were spent owning/operating my installation business where we installed every type of flooring from the lowest apartment grade carpet to high end custom tile shower in million dollar homes. For the past 10 years, I have concentrated on the sales and management side of the business where the knowledge acquired in the early years of my career has been invaluable.
In my time off, I enjoy spending time with my teenage daughter and lovely new bride. My wife and I are very competitive and basically enjoy doing anything together that involves keeping score!
